Accumet does not perform machining, manufacturing, or special processing in-house. Accumet does provide cut-to-length services as a material preparation activity. When customer-required processing beyond cutting is requested, Accumet coordinates those services through approved external providers within our qualified supplier network, in accordance with AS9120 requirements.
Accumet maintains full material traceability through mill test reports, heat and lot control, and documented supplier approval processes. All materials are sourced, received, and distributed in accordance with Accumet’s AS9120 and ISO 9001–certified quality management system.
Yes. Accumet regularly sources material to customer-specific requirements, including ASTM, AMS, MIL, and drawing-defined specifications. If alternate materials or conditions are required, these are communicated and confirmed with the customer prior to order acceptance.
Yes. Accumet maintains distributor relationships and ordering privileges with multiple domestic and international mills. Through these relationships, Accumet can place special mill orders for material sizes, grades, and specifications that are not readily available through standard distribution channels.
